Odinzen is an independent research venture at the intersection of computational materials science and agentic AI.

What we do#

We are grounded in rigorous thermodynamics — CALPHAD modeling, experimental calorimetry, and the open-source tooling built around them. We combine that scientific foundation with knowledge graphs, agent tooling, and autonomous reasoning to explore new approaches to materials discovery.

Focus areas#

  • Computational thermodynamics — CALPHAD assessments, phase equilibria, and property modeling.
  • Experimental calorimetry — grounding models in measured thermochemical data.
  • Knowledge graphs — structured representations of materials knowledge suitable for machine reasoning.
  • Agentic AI — LLM agents with the tools, grounding, and guardrails needed to do real scientific work.

Where we are#
